What a great year. Kindergarten, soccer, dance, a cruise together for the first time!
Emilee's personality at 5 kept me on my toes. I am so lucky. I love her sweet kisses, her smile when she see's me, her need for her Mommy, her funny singing in the bathroom, and most of all, her heart that is so kind. Even when I want to to throw the towel in, I look at her and she makes me laugh. Sometimes I think she is smarter then me!
As we celebrated Emilee turning 6 on April 27, 2011, I reflect back to the many laughs we had together. It has been challenging at times, but everyday I am blessed with her smile, charm and wit!
We celebrated her 6th birthday COWGIRL STYLE! So much fun.....It was hot, but so much fun. The kids rode horses, fed the animals, ate, played, played and laughed! Tell me why I am the mother who spends hours curling their child's hair prior to a birthday party outside! Yet, so fun!
Great Memories are worth the pennies spent. A child's birthday celebration should be a day we celebrate the amazing individuals they are....I love you Emilee. You are the light of my world!
